1. What Is Labiaplasty?

Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure aimed at reducing the size of the inner vaginal lips (labia minora), correcting their symmetry and bringing them into a more comfortable shape.

Trim technique:

• Excess tissue is removed along the edge

Wedge technique:

• A wedge of tissue is removed while preserving the natural edge contour

8. Anaesthesia and Day of Surgery

• With local anaesthesia, no pain is felt during the procedure
• Mild burning and sensitivity may be experienced after surgery
